HOW’S THE MARKET?
Overview: The Spring market is only in its beginning stages, however, there are positive signs across the board for San Francisco real estate. The current trends in the City show that homes and condos are not languishing on the market as they
used to (approx. 20 days less than early 2011). Home prices
remain stable, condo prices have gone up slightly and the overall consensus in the real estate community is that buyer confidence
is on the rise. (Keep in mind this is not the case for the general
Bay Area.)
